“We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“I didn't go to breakfast. I put something from a restaurant in the fridge, but didn't realize it hadn't been turned on. They may have just opened for the season -- the room was musty.
What I REALLY didn't like was even though I kept the 'do not disturb' sign up, someone opened my door every day. At least they weren't hiding it, as they tucked the sign in such a way that it was obvious that they had done this. Maybe they were checking - every day -- to make sure I wasn't dead? ”

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great.
They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay.
We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus.
Would certainly return to this……

“Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. ”

“The Blue Water Resort is right on the beach in South Yarmouth, MA. It is located near many of Cape Cod’s most enjoyable attractions. The Blue Water staff was friendly help and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The place has a restaurant and a bar and there are lots of other wonderful restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and had one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we’ll return to the Blue Water soon!”
