「Our room had several stains on the carpet and furniture. We checked in at 10:30PM and the cleaning staff had left piles of dirty sheets and towels outside of the rooms. We didn’t think much of it assuming they were cleaning, but when we left in the morning the piles were still there. We also saw the staff place clean folded stacks of towels on the floor outside of the room and public trash cans were overflowing. Not very hygienic.」

「The front desk helped us quickly and checked us in quickly. We had our dog with us and they were aware ahead of time. We were treated well. Our room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice and had towels. Breakfast was good but not quickly restocked. The hotel was FULL and there was only one worker for the breakfast area, so that could have been the problem. We asked her for more cafe and waited, but she didn't make any more. Breakfast still had an hour to go. Other than that it...
