「Great location. Clean but a bit worn-out room. Comfortable large bed with good quality cotton white linen. Daily room service. Efficient air-conditioning when needed. Beautiful surrounding nature. Helpful staff. Restaurant right on the beach with great food.」

「Our stay has been amazing. The beach right in front of the property is stunning and you are at a short distance of Kuto beach and Kanumera Bay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing. The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines.」

「The hotel was clean and the rooms quite large. The staff was amazing! Tita went above and beyond to assist me. I became very fond of her. The only drawbacks was the ice was on the 3rd floor and my room was in the 4th. The elevator was very small! Only room for two people with luggage, plus it had no air. 「Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! 「My husband and I could not fault The Islander. From the moment we checked in we felt like part of a large family. From the friendly smile and impeccable service from Serena at reception, to the amazing party vibe from Memory in the Hula Bar. To our wonderful friendly wait staff, bar staff, room turn over ladies.
