A really nice condo with excellent proximity to the beach. We were able to go setup camp and go in and out as needed with ease. There is some water damage on the ceiling and walls, but overall it was a great place.

Family trip with teens

Clean and roomy property. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen with good ice maker in freezer. Everything needed for the beach-chairs, umbrella, boards, sand toys. A/C is cold. We drive, but could fly in with only a suitcase of clothes and be set for the trip. Easy walk to Wanna Wanna’s or Clayton’s for frozen drinks. Always a good stay with The Condo Ladies!!

Somewhat disappointed.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was nice, both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice but the condition of the living room walls were terrible, the ceiling in the dinning room in the corner was coming down, the trim on one side of the slider was gone and looked like it might have had mold and the balcony wasn’t the best condition either. The one end of the balcony was being held together by a zip tie. I’m sorry but unless the place is fixed up I would never stay there again. It also had a strange odor.

Great vacation

This property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of sand and shells. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We added to the sand castle toys and left them for the next family. Bring your own coffee! Other than that I would book again.

Beautiful view!

Once we finally got into the condo it was awesome. We had issues getting the code & communication was difficult with the manager, I suggest texting the door codes to renters. Once inside the view was wonderful & it was very clean! A+

Great girls trip

We had an excellent stay at this property! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the provided beach supplies were incredibly helpful, as it meant we didn't have to pack as much. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Very clean, loved that they had so many beach towels and towels for the shower. The kitchen was so nice and complete. The mattresses were super comfortable. 1 thing we wished was different, was more light in the living room area/kitchen and also lights in the balcony. Also, please provide a sponge to wash the dishes. We had an issue with the machine thay helps with condensation, but it happened the night we left. Also we had 2 rainy days, and we had about 4 leaks in the dining area. We got to the condo and all the dining room floor had water and food we brought to prepare got wet (had to throw some away). Overall, we would stay again. It was worth it.

Very close walk to the beach. Plenty of shower towels, they supplied chairs and boogie boards for the beach, everything you need to be able to cook. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Best condo I've stayed in so far. Very clean. Elevators and carts to carry your belongings upstairs. 10/10 recommend.

Great Location for Fully Enjoying the Beach

A beach-front view and easy access to come and go makes all the difference when you're at the beach. The apartment was very well outfitted for beachgoers and access, and even when we were inside, the view couldn't be beat. The sunrises were spectacular.

Parking space sucked

Couch needs replacement. You sit down and cushions slid from underneath you. Made watching tv very uncomfortable. If you're in a truck you will have troubles parking. Made me so nervous! I don't recommend it.

Spring 2023

Condo was clean and as pictured on the VRBO site. The washing machine was not usable, and never got fixed during our stay, which was disappointing. Parking was difficult in designated parking space with a pickup truck, but fortunately we could park outside. Pool was chilly, but we were happy to go in the hot tub instead. Very close to the beach with a lovely view. Having a kitchen counter cleaning product would have been nice to have. Overall a good trip.

Great Place!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has a very nice ocean view. You get to the beach in no time. The apartment is well organized and equipped. I was very satisfied. My only critique is that this listing was advertised as having a heated pool. I chose this specific one because I knew spring break can be cold sometimes, so with the “heated pool” kids would have something to do. However when we got there the pool was not heated, and the weather was cold. The only option available was a hot tub and it was packed with people because it was cold outiside. This might be an issue unrelated to the building and not the people who put the listing. It’s just that the listing shouldn’t advertise a heated pool. That’s all Other than that the apartment is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Nice Beachside Condo

This condo is in a great location in town and is right on the beach. It is comfortably furnished and nicely maintained. Having two master suites is a bonus when two couples are traveling together, as we were. A couple of the lamps needed new lightbulbs, which we couldn’t find. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms have extra towels. There are also several beach towels, which was great to have, plus beach chairs, etc. All in all a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great once you get past the hallway!

Parking a larger vehicle in the garage was difficult, but we were able to park outside of garage along the street. When we got off the elevator we were unsure if we were gonna stay, kinda shady in the hallway. We opened our door & everything was just as mentioned on site. So look past the hallway area! If we come back to SPI, we will be staying here again.
