A great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo on the beach! The property was very clean and the condo was fully furnished and easy to access. Great sunrises! Great beach with a variety of shells!

SPI Getaway

This condo more than met our expectations! We had a front row (balcony) seat to ocean viewing, easy beach access, and quiet. It easily accommodated our family of six. SPI has many activities and restaurants to keep everyone entertained. Thank you!

Great family friendly condo

We had a great trip this year. The condo is great and very child friendly. View to the beach was great. It was clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer in the unit was the cherry on top.

Great place

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on SPI, are family of six adults were more than comfortable. The unit had plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available as well. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in South Padre

Great accommodations for our family of six. Right on the beach with easy access and great views. Plenty of sleeping space for 8-10. Lots of nice touches like board games, dvd library and a closet stuffed with everything you might need on the beach. Lana was wonderful to work with.

Comfortable place

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista. The condo was well supplied and clean. Very good communication with owner and easy access to condo. We ate at several restaurants within short distance from condo that were good--Sea Ranch and Russo's. Beach access was very easy and we saw some beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We would stay here again.

Cold on the beach

Great place to stay. We could have used some more warm days, but that wasn't to be. There were workmen working on cement, but this was a temporary thing and the Workman never started before 10:00 in the morning. I would stay there again. Lana was a great hostess!

Never Disappointed Feels Like Home

Lana is a great owner. Always a text away. Condo has everything you need for kids complete with toys. Don’t worry about beach stuff….they have it all from towels to chairs to umbrellas to boogie boards. This was our third year coming to this unit and already booked for next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun in Padre!

We had the best time at this condo! So clean & spacious! We were there for 6 nights & I always overpack! So refreshing to have an abundance of hangers & storage space. This place was fully equipped with everything you need & even those things you didn’t even know you needed! The hosts were awesome. By the way, that view was just so spectacular! Better than the pics. Beach was right there. Would highly recommend, We’ll be back!

Five Stars Hands Down

We loved this condo! We felt like we had our portion of the beach to ourselves most of the time. This building is located basically at the end of the row of condo/resorts on the island. It's right next to Isla Blanca. The room had a lot of stuff in the room already so it felt like home. It was very clean. Very spacious for a condo. We had 7 in our party and had no trouble. The island doesn't really offer a lot of things to do that's fun for all the family besides the beach, seashell beach, and the original dolphin watch. This condo built bondi g time and memories for sure. Excellent vacation.

Comfortable,spacious and gorgeous view/location

Overall our experience at this property was pretty great! We were bowled over by the location and gorgeous view of the beach from the living and bedroom. Loved the large space and felt very much at home overall. We took advantage of the private beach access and got lucky with warm temperatures the week we were there. The decor was pleasant and I was especially grateful for the kids toys and books that came with the condo because even though we had brought my daughter's toys, she was totally into the novelty of new ones to play with. The main downsides were probably related to the dishwasher not functioning during our stay and the beds being pretty creaky. The mattresses were fine overall and not uncomfortable but sub par compared to a similar priced hotel mattress/bed you would normally get these days. Overall though, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the apartment and South Padre Island!

Can't beat the location!

Had a great long weekend at this property with our 5 and 2 year old and another couple. Pros: Beautiful views and sunrises out the huge windows along the back. Couldn't be closer to the beach. The condo has a nice pool. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need. The owners were great to work with and it was easy to access the condo and the unit. The washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient. Huge bedrooms. The bathroom sinks/counter areas were updated and beautiful. Loved having access to the beach gear and toys. Lots of nice bath towels and beach towels for guest use. Cons: The living area wasn't huge, They could stand to update the bedding in the bunkbed room and put a coat of paint on the walls. There were lamp cords and extension cords all over in the bedrooms. The top bunk mattress needs a new mattress or egg crate cover--you could feel the coils through the top. The master bedroom has sliding, slatted doors with a curtain on a rod behind them, so it's not completely private because it opens up into the living room. The beach: The sand is super soft and the water was warm and calm--perfect for the kids. Schlitterbahn has a bar/cafe on the beach! It's literally next door and outside on the beach. They had both tables and a bar with barstools. It was a nice perk to just walk right over for drinks and snacks while on the beach!
