Nice location. Overall place is good. Hopefully the tenants upstairs behave themselves and not make a bunch of racket.

The unit was clean and just the right size for our family of 5- 2 adults, 2 teenage boys and our 9 year old. Beach was within walking distance. But there are a few negatives-the beds were not comfortable at all, not even the sofa bed. Only a few channels worked. The only DVD player in the unit did not work. Swimming pool felt like a hot tub.

The property was a 4 min walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The pool area was small but nice for relaxing yet was trashed from another tenant, there were beer cans and shot tubes everywhere. The first night was terrible due to another tenant hosting a party and yelling and fighting up til 6 am but they was dealt with and the rest of our trip was very nice! I do recommend this retreat the house inside was spacious and well kept, this is one I will look at again for a future visit.
