This was a great place to stay at, was very nicely kept, was very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool in the back and the location it was in. I would define rent here again.

What a very welcoming place to come stay at South Padre Island. The parking was very easy, going in and out was very easy, the furnishings and the master bedroom with a huge tv & desk/workstation was perfect. Love the bathroom and the kitchen & living room area as well! I’ll be sure to try and book this same place on my next to the island, thanks!

It’s fine

It’s in reasonable condition- nothing fancy, but functional. I wish they would’ve left enough supplies for our stay - things like a few garbage bags, a few extra rolls of toilet paper, etc…Good walking distance to the beach. No major complaints- seems generally well managed.

Family vacation

This home is perfect for a family getaway. The beach is close, however we did not go to beach 16 but rather the beach access that you can drive onto (just personal preference). Dishes (pots and pans) were in the cabinets dirty so we bought a new pan at Walmart to take home with us rather than using someone else's dirty dishes. Also the floor was constantly sandy, but its a beach condo so I do not think any amount of cleaning can take care of that. Also there was a power cleaning company one day that blasted lots of debris into the doors and all over the patio, not Vacasa fault, just condo maintenance. Tons of room for a family and large kitchen for cooking breakfast ect... would recommend and would stay here again.

Good but needs some improvement

Great stay, needs a little improvement. Freezer didn’t work, shampoo bottles weren’t restocked, loud upstairs neighbors, and no mop. Small inconveniences can make a vacation hard to enjoy but other then that it’s a good place to stay. The condo was very close to the beach and there was a dollar general walking distance.

Propane BBQ in picture not there, nor outdoor table & some chairs that were in picture. Could use a lamp in living room & second bedroom.We had to buy laundry detergent, garbage bags, dust pan and paper towels....left the dust pan there for next visitor.Some deep cleaning needed.

Amazing!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing vacation through Vacasa home rental! The house is so much more spacious than it looks in the images. The home is very clean and the property manager is very good with responding in a timely manner! He is very kind and offered my family and I a free of charge extended check out! Our house was ready 4 hours before check in. Robert messaged me several times throughout the stay to make sure everything was going okay. Will definitely be coming back here and I recommend anyone to stay here!

This 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 6. The beach access was a short walk. Two big television- master bedroom and living room. It also has a pull out sofa bed.
