A Memorable Experience

Our first experience with SPI Rental was excellent and truly memorable! The Beach Home was perfect to host our first family vacation. We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were quickly addressed. During our visit, we had a surprise engagement proposal in the backyard which was beautiful. This home will forever be a place to remember and an annual vacation for our families!

Had very high expectations for the price of the rental. The house was old and not updated. The house seemed dirty like it was not cleaned before we came to stay. Was very disappointed with the house. Also, during our stay, they were building a house next door and it was noisy and dusty. They put dust all over our cars with the cutting of the concrete. The pictures on the site do not represent the house in reality.

Nice amenities and smart TVs making it easy to access my You Tube TV. A charcoal and a gas grill, both in pretty good shape. Every room was well decorated, our family had a great time with plenty of space and bathrooms!

Home away from home

I don’t even know where to begin but this listing was everything and more! The pictures on line do not do the home justice. All the bedrooms, bathroom decorated to a T. This was an absolute perfect place to stay for our family of 12. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of needing. An abundance of pots, pans etc. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit while we were there but the home was very accommodating so we were able to make the best of it while indoors and hopped in the pool when the rain gave us a break. The SPI rental company were great from the beginning to the end and always quick to respond with anything needed or question asked. We have been visiting the island for about 15 years now but this was our first time renting a house and we all decided that we will continue to do so from now on. Thank you SPI rentals.

Fantastic, well-kept home!

Spring break Stay

It was a great relaxing 3 days I spent with my son who wanted to spend time in the sun after his deployment from S.Korea. To much time spent in the cold. The house was amazing had all the essentials needed, spacious, clean. The only issue was the drain in the restroom of the first floor but nothing a phone call didn't fix. Maintenance came by quick and fixed the issue. Will book again

Great Accommodations & Location

We have a family trip and needed space. This home provided that and then some. Mgmt company was very communicative and responsive. Home was well-stocked with the basics. Parking for the beach is tough but with proper planning, this home is easy access and you can leave your car at the house. Pics were a little misleading as the home, pool and amenities are a little worn and the pics do not accurately reflect that. Overall I'd stay again and would seek out an SPI property in the future.

Our family of 10 had a great time on South Padre Island and at the house. The house was very comfortable and had enough room for everyone especially love the pool. My only suggestion is to maybe put a second refrigerator downstairs at the pool area.

Awesome beach house!

The house was very nice, spacious for the whole family, and clean. I loved the balconies and the pool! I also liked that there is a souvenir store right around the corner, a gas station a block away, and the beach access is only 1/2 block from the house. Great experience! I would consider renting this house again in the future!
