Family Reunion/vacation

We enjoy the updated large space. The house was very nice and big. Love having access to the beach and the pool. We had our family reunion there this weekend and everybody was very helpful

Beautiful and spacious condo with wonderful view. We had two adults and 4 kids (9, 13,13, 17). Kitchen was great and had all the extras —keurig/coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and plenty of dishes and silverware. Closet full of balls, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and games. Kids had fun playing on tennis/pickle ball and bball courts. Sauna was nice as well. Easy walk to beach. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful.

Strict rules and check in and check out times even in down season

The staff at the facility were all very polite but they have no flexibility for late check out even in the slow season. We may have been one of 5 guests if that in the whole complex. We have been doing vrbos for a few years now and we have never had anyone tell us in down season we cant check out late. We were checking out on a Thursday at the end of October at beach property. We asked for a 2 hours later check out and was denied. Over all great place but also got a sticker put on car due to parking in a shorter spot and end of van was maybe an inch over the line at the end of the van. The parking space right next to it the line was further out and we were one of maybe 5 vehicles in the whole lot.
