Amazing place

Very cozy and spacious. It is decorated so whimsically with cute signage all throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was very clean. The property is located very close to beach access.

For the most part everything was great. Communication, rooms, the home in general very clean and very near the beach. Only thing I would change was having a heated pool in the summer and have a better electric stovetop.

Nice house, close to the beach

Close to the beach. House was in decent shape, just turn on the AC as soon as you can because that 3rd floor gets hot. Pool requires daily netting to get all the seeds from the trees out but the water is clear. Would stay again.

We had an awesome stay.my kids had never seen ocean before but they had a blast.the house was amazing didnt exactly have enough bed rooms but we made it work.the floors were dirty when we got there but we got through it we will stay again.maybe next year.

Wonderful home!

The house was perfect for our stay at Padre Island. It was roomy, very nicely furnished with all the amenities needed plus some! Loved the fridge in the garage for extra beverages and the bait the guys needed for fishing. The pool was amazing! Very private and heated too! We loved all of it. Many places within walking distance from the house. Five stars for sure!

Both my wife and I are very impressed with our stay. We had 1 small issue with water pressure in the master bathroom and it was fixed immediately, that says a lot about SPI and the way they do business. The house was very clean upon arrival and ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The staff at the office were friendly and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend SPI to anyone thinking about vacationing in Padre Island. Thank you for everything. Bill & Rena'.

Parade House

Overall the house was Great! Also, SPI was super responsive when we had to get them out to fix the TV and show us how the heated pool worked. The cook top was a little difficult to figure out how to work and they need some kitchen knives, besides the steak knives. We throughly Loved our visit here!!

Close to Beach

We were very happy with this house. The location is great-just a couple houses away from the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The inside of the house was clean and updated, although there was an AC condensation drip line over the sink in the main floor bathroom which splattered and made the counter and floor wet. It would have been nice to have some lounge chairs in the pool area-there were only Adirondack chairs. Overall, it was a good property and I would stay there again.
