The property is in a commercial area and there were bright lights shining in the window from the car dealership next door. The air conditioning was loud but you could not open the drapes and the window as the light was so bright.
Staff were very nice.

Great little Motel. Renovated rooms with cold ac, luxury vinyl plank flooring,comfy beds, amazing beach and weather. Great hospitality. Kitchenette! Pretty much has all the amenities that a hotel has without the hotel price. I checked The Coast and Holiday Inn and the wanted $700 for two nights. This place was $215 a night plus tax. Ive stayed at those places in the past but they getting to expensive now. Noisy there too. Nice and quiet at Richter Pass.

"Great variety of pools and perfect location. But several things (hallways, hot tubs, boardwalk) were under repair, even with workmen patching up hallway walls during high season. I would give 5 stars if everything were working."
