「The property is located very close to the beach. The staff is friendly and it’s quiet. The rooms are a nice size but a bit dark especially because the room didn’t have a privacy shade forcing you to open the curtain and there was no privacy at all」

「I really enjoyed this space. It's a beautiful boutique hotel, and the rooms are literally perfectly designed. Abby, Hotel Manager was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She truly made the experience wonderful and provided any assistance needed. This space is a few blocks from South Beach so it's an easy and accessible walk to everything. I will make myself a regular at this hotel for sure.」

「Location, location, location. What a great place to spend your time in Miami. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy and we had an extremely quiet sleep. Oscar, the manager, called us and treated us VIP since the start. The instructions for checking in were clear, so there is really no need to have an actual person there for that. Enjoy your time in Miami Beach and relax in this cozy property.」

「We had a very good time at this hotel. Best of it: the location and the great receptionist service. Aylen was very attentive to all the details, Reccomended us good places close to the hotel and we were very impressed with her attention to the details and great guest service. The hotel is small but well maintained and decorated with good taste. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows that we found too big but maybe good for others. Thank you and we expect to repeat the visit soon !」

「Maybe a little to ask but is it possible to find parking that is much closer to the area like closer to the hotel. But besides that everything else was great i knew i made the right decision to come back here again」

「Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Self Checkin was easy and straight forward, room was clean and well furnished, Cold AC, Hot shower, plenty of natural light, and the staff was bery responsive and attentive via text. Would definitely stay here again!!」

「Bedbugs. On the last day of my stay, I found bedbugs on the mattress so I reached out to. The staff to let them know and sent them a video of the actual bedbugs. They denied it and told me that bedbugs are only clear which is not true later on after a few days they called me and told me that they were closed off the apartment and are taking care of the situation. I don’t understand how that could be true considering that I paid for two extra hours for a late check out they said that I could not...

「The property was nice and clean and in a great spot. The only hangups I had was the door needs to be more secure when closed, the mirror on the closet door needs to be fixed, and the wi-fi information should be posted on the website. Other than that, the place was amazing!」

「We had a good stay at the hotel. Our check-in was not as smooth as expected as we couldn’t park the car at the hotel. Valet Service works from 8am to 10pm and we arrived around 10.45」
