The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. No single problem was major, but together they created an experience that never matched expectations.

「Alles war TOP. Jedoch finde ich es nicht ok 10€ pro Handtuch für einen Tag als Kaution zu verlangen. Das Geld bekommt man dann erst nach 3 Wochen wieder. Auch die Minibar muss bezahlt werden, wenn man es nachgefüllt haben möchte. Für den Preis für All Inklusive finde ich es etwas unangebracht.」
