"Herrliche Aussicht auf die Ägäis von der Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komfortabel mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Sehr nettes Personal das man kaum sieht. Leider war der Pool ohne Wasser trotz durchaus badetauglicher Temperaturen in der Aprilwoche. Die Sauberkeit war okay bis auf die Reste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. "This was our fourth stay here, and it has become our go-to hotel to relax. The food continues to be of a very high standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed it throughout our stay. One small suggestion though – please don’t keep the red wine in the fridge! The addition of the new speciality restaurants is a real bonus. Both the Indian and Mexican restaurants were excellent and were definite highlights of our holiday. The water park is another fantastic addition and adds even more value, especially for families. There are a few areas where some maintenance is needed, particularly around the pool bar, but nothing major. More importantly, the rooms are starting to show their age and could do with a little TLC and closer management oversight. Our room was comfortable, although we had booked a double bed and were given two singles pushed together. It wasn’t a major issue, but when you book a particular room type, it’s nice to receive what you’ve requested. We also had to ask for shower gel and other toiletries to be replenished, which again isn’t a huge problem but is something you wouldn’t expect to have to do in a five-star hotel. We also arrived to find a damaged lampshade, which remained unreplaced throughout our stay. Overall, the theme of our feedback is simple: the hotel needs to focus on the basics. The staff are exceptional and are undoubtedly the reason we continue to return. They are the hotel’s greatest asset. We will definitely be back, but we hope management invests."

"My girlfriend and I stayed for five nights in mid-May for our anniversary and overall had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning facilities, beach and pool areas, and stylish villa-style rooms. The sun loungers were especially comfortable and there were always plenty available. The food was enjoyable throughout our stay, with a good buffet selection and excellent cocktails and drinks, although breakfast could have offered more fresh fruit. The à la carte restaurants were nice but lacked menu variety, especially after multiple visits. We also experienced issues with the restaurant booking system, as requests made before arrival had not been recorded. Service was inconsistent at times, particularly with slow drinks service and tables not always being cleared between courses. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with our room occasionally not cleaned properly, minibar restocking only available on request, and staff entering despite the “do not disturb” light being on. The bathroom showed some signs of wear, and the air conditioning never cooled below 23°C despite reporting it. There were also inconsistencies with advertised amenities, including the beach snack bar and complimentary Lindos shuttle. Despite these issues, we still had a very enjoyable stay. With improvements to consistency and service, it could easily feel truly five-star."

"Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium brands extra."
