“Great all-inclusive luxurious hotel! Everything is at a very high stsndard, looks new and well maintained. The one thing I liked the most is that despite having over 500 rooms, it never feels crowded. The grounds are very spacious and absorb the crowd well. There are no lines for food, the waterpark slides have zero queue and even at noon you can find a sunbed by the pool with a little effort (not enough shade though!). The food and entertainment, while very good, are the only things that deny……

“I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel.”

“Nice hotel, not 5 star for sure. Got a Delux room but was 2 single beds joined together with some bedding in the middle so you wont tell. Beds were uncomfortable and soft. Asked for a harder mattress, there was non available. Mattress had yellow marks under the sheets. Resteraunts to book were unavailable, even though looked empty. Not much to do in surrounding area. Local shops very pricey for snacks. Main food hall same food nearly every day.”
