“This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience of our entire trip.
After driving four to five hours to the Grand Canyon, we arrived at around 4:00 PM only to be told that the entire hotel was without power. We received no email, no phone call, and no advance notice of any kind. This was a major issue, and the hotel should have informed arriving guests before they made the long trip.
Because of the lack of communication, we wasted hours traveling to a hotel that could not provide the……

“Housekeeping knocked on every door before 9:00am, even though the official check-out time was 11:00am. Staff were also speaking loudly in the corridor and started vacuuming at 9:00am, which seriously disturbed our sleep and made the stay very unpleasant.
The reception staff were not particularly welcoming, and the rooms felt dated. Overall, the hotel was not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.”
