“Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay.”

“Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family”

“Arrived a few hours early, and the lady on the front desk was really friendly and got us checked into our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were very nice and the food was very nice also very fresh. She even made my son a bacon sandwich because he couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed 😂.
