“Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel”

“We arrived in November and after reading reviews of other hotels in the area that were too cold for guests, we were delighted that our double room in the Waldorf was warm and cozy with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. We were also pleased that the Pleasure Beach Amusement Park was only a short walk away and hotel parking was included in the price. Most of all, we were extremely impressed at how accessible, friendly, helpful and accommodating Steve, the hotelier was. We had a wonderful stay……
