“The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also……

“Blue Piano is a wonderful place to stay in Birmingham and I would personally recommend it to anybody who is considering a trip to Birmingham! The staff are hospitable, accomodating and kind! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. It’s set around a beautiful, tranquil courtyard garden with a Koi fishpond. The room was lovely, clean, fresh and quiet. The owner is adorable, friendly and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us including a last minute room change to a family room. I will definitely be staying here again. If I could give you 10*s, I would. Congratulations on a perfect hotel. ”

“My partner and I were looking for a place to stay after a concert. Cades Acommodation was both budget friendly and super comfortable. It was easy to find the place thans to the instructions provided. The room was clean and comfy. Thank you”

“Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre. Accommodation could do better with recycling though and communal lights left on 24 hrs etc. HOWEVER I extended my stay and was NOT given the new door code so was forced to wait for more than 2 hours outside until the ‘emergency’ phone number picked up. “My wife and I had a lovely two-night stay to visit Alton Towers and our Beehive stay was perfect. The location is idyllic, tucked away in a little village along the river, whose sound provided great ambiance through our open window (we stayed in the Premier King). It is also extremely convenient for visiting the theme park, less than two miles away with our dinner location of choice for both nights (The Star at Cotton) smack in the middle. “Great stay at the Foundry Masters House for a house hunting expedition. Hosts were so welcoming and gracious, even with an unexpected very late arrival. Fantastic cooked breakfast, very good meats from local area. Room was comfortable. Bed very supportive and lovely clean pressed sheets. Bathroom was spotless. Only very minor point was carpet was a little worn and stained. Overall, a really lovely experience and the most wonderful hosts. ”

“Excellent value for money ”

“Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay. ”

“Lovely hosts - friendly and helpful. Bright, airy and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the flapjack in the fridge! It was a very hot petiod in July - so did need fan on all night - and they had thought to have it on before we arrived. Parking space was a real bonus! ”
