"Rooms were ok, the ice machine on our floor was unplugged and the vending machine was missing completely. The phone in our room also didn’t work part time. And the tv was also only working part time."

"There was an introductory class we were told was for explaining the features of the property and a welcome 150.00 bonus for first time stays. It quickly turned into a sales pitch (when arrived I was promised there would be no sales pitch). When said not interested salesman said we will still get the 150.00 because we came up to do it, just need to talk to manager. After discussion with manager he apologized and said we can not have the 150.00. Everything else was acceptable however, starting vacation this way put a sour taste in our mouths and will not be visiting again."

"The breakfast was great with made to order omelets. There is a boardwalk to the beautiful beach. People playing with boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs for rent. Pool and hot tub area was well maintained. Bed and room comfortable. Great location and SPI has a free shuttle that runs all day. Rosas Italian, in strip mall by hotel, was GREAT food. Hotel has reasonable prices on food (good, 8 people with no complaints) with daily specials too. Saw dolphins on a tour, went to the turtle sanctuary and the Long Board Bar several times, live music and amazing shrimp nachos. We will be back."

"Our room was immaculate. Parking was easy as well as retrieving our car. I am a history nerd and enjoyed the amazing museum-like lobby. The pool was clear and the landscaping was beautiful. We will be visiting again."

"Nice hotel. Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't have to pay a incidental fee when checking in. Beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was good. Walmart is close by. Easy access to the highways. Pool was open and clean. Free onsite parking. I was a bit scared to book this hotel after reading reviews, saying its old and needs updating but it was right next to the airport and they offered shuttles to the airport so I took the chance. And was very happy I did. The hotel is NICE. No problems. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was fine for what I needed - somewhere decent to stay for one night. It was not the level of quality or amenities that I would normally expect from a Westin - mostly just very dated. Area and parking lot seemed safe, which was nice."
