"Owner never showed up to let me check in called several times no answer took VRBO an hour to get ahold of owner. Owner canceled my stay several hours after check in. Left me strained and looking for a place to stay. VRBO was unhelpful at helping look or to offer to pay for place for me to stay for a night or two."

"Surprised my husband with a little night getaway for his birthday. The host ended up upgrading our stay due to some issue with our reserved tent so our new campsite actually had a cute cowboy pool and a hot tub! Both were very clean and maintained and added a fun amenity to our stay. Also surprised how detailed all the instructions and organization as well as the cleanness of the bathrooms and showers. "Overall it was a good time. The shower and bathroom were great. The hot tub situation and game room was overrun with kids a lot of the time so the water was muddy and stinky. The stuff in the game room is ok. There were kids standing on the pool table when we went by. The teepee and fire pit were well stocked. I am thankful the message said to get firewood. Overall we will return. I know expecting people to monitor children is not your fault but maybe make some stace for only adults would...

"We had a great time! We enjoyed laying and watching the stars! Saw a few falling stars and Starlink came by! If you need to escape the big city and want something different than a boring hotel. This is perfect. We did bring a fan to help stay cool. But it was 105 this weekend in the Hill Country, I’m sure most places were struggling to stay cool! We will definitely be back."

"Beds are so incredibly comfortable, grounds are beautiful and hosts are so incredibly accommodating. Just about everything you need is provided and if it's not there - just ask! Glamping here is all the fun of camping - grilling, outdoor fires, great porch sitting - without the discomforts of primitive camping. This was our 3rd stay and we plan to visit every 6 months. Love this place!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay.. Owner Mike is a great guy. He makes you feel at home and wants you to have a great time. The tents are a fun experience. The bed is the best bed I have ever slept on. Bathroom and kitchen are very nicer One thing to remember if you are staying it is Glamping and not a hotel. Let the A/C cool the tent down especially in Texas as the temperature creeps up. Enjoy.
