“I was thrilled they had such a large breakfast buffet. It was delicious. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There is a Starbucks across the street! Plus a Cracker Barrel nearby. It’s in a very peaceful area with easy access to major roads. The hotel is very well maintained. I couldn’t think of one thing to complain about. I’m a very tough critic. "As someone who travels extensively and stays in all types of hotels, from luxury to budget, I found the complete lack of basic professional courtesy from the front desk staff quite surprising. There were no smiles, and basic polite words like "thank you" or "please" were absent. While my expectations for facilities, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi are aligned with the hotel's price and star rating, this fundamental lapse in service was genuinely disappointing and regrettable. This was, frankly, the first time in my very extensive travel history that I've encountered such a consistently cold reception."
