「The apartment itself was clean and tidy however the entry and stairs getting to the apartment were covered in old dirty and smelly carpet. The light in the bathroom did not work but was partially rectified by the delivery of a battery operated unit. Most significantly one of the main front windows was jammed open and the mechanism broken in such a way that the window could not be closed. This had obviously been this way for some time but the operator made it sound like he was just finding out...
