“We had a great stay overall. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we really appreciated the excellent service. The only constructive feedback I’d like to share is about the toiletries. The soap and shampoo provided were very low quality and came in very small amounts. Unfortunately, they caused some skin irritation for me. Considering the price of the hotel, I think it would be worth investing in better-quality toiletries.……

“Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home. We……

“Large rooms, clean - very well designed - clean, fully renovated - wonderful renovation. Lots of staff - so very attentive. Great place - will definitely go again and highly recommend it. Pool is big enough....BUT....important to get your towel down before 9 to have a seat - was not over crowded at all (and it was July 4th weekend) - but it could potentially get crowded.....so just a tip.”

“A wedding in West Hampton is how we found Bayview Resort. 4 night stay June 25 to 29 of 2026 We reserved the King Deluxe Room and stayed in room 11 which was clean & comfortable. The grounds are well kept The salt water pool a delight & the dock over the bay water offered beautiful sunrises & sunsets, very relaxing. Brian & Patrick were very accommodating & friendly The Resort is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We found it to be a hidden gem & would definitely reserve again. Highly……
