「We had a great stay overall. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we really appreciated the excellent service.
The only constructive feedback I’d like to share is about the toiletries. The soap and shampoo provided were very low quality and came in very small amounts. Unfortunately, they caused some skin irritation for me. Considering the price of the hotel, I think it would be worth investing in better-quality toiletries....

「Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund.
There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home.

「The staff at check in and check out were helpful and friendly. The suite was beautiful and felt like home. Also the entire room was extremely clean. The bed sheets were so soft! Most hotels they are like sand paper. Wish I traveled to this area more so I could stay there again. Wonderful experience.」

It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. 」
