“Nice Hotel close to all the fun things to do in Austin. Staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is small but nice!”

“Great place to stay for the price. It did seem like management is having issues on ordering stuff to help staff do their job ex. Ink toner for printers they were having to run to another printer, no laundry soap to sell to guest for guest laundry no coffee at front desk for guest rooms. Other than that stay was great rooms were clean and comforatble.”

“The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and confortable. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel. My wife and I went to the bar last night and waited at the bar while the bartender and another worker looked straight at us several times and never said a word. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes. Customer service is so important. Just acknowledging us would have worked”
