“Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.”

“The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!”

“This was a clean, quiet and comfortable place for a short stay on a road trip. It is not in a walkable neighborhood but the microwave and fridge in the room were helpful. Breakfast was decent.”

“Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. ”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”

“I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Airport and wanted to share my experience. First, I’d like to recognize Kyle at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was very attentive and accommodating to our needs, especially since I was traveling with two older ladies. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, even offering complimentary waters. His customer service truly stood out and is worth acknowledging. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay did not meet the same……
