“Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food……

“This is a charming house and we had the best time in Austin. The host was very attentive and the home was very clean. We would book this home again when we decide to come back to Austin. The home is only 15 minutes from the airport which is great!”

We travel a fair bit and often looking for a property that offers a kitchen or kitchenette, centrally located, parking, laundry and Wi-Fi. But with a high standard that we can count on!! Plus the flexibility to stay one night or three months at a price that makes sense! Well done to Hilton and Placemaker, for us you have set the standard and something we will look……
