"very decent room for the price, proximity to the airport. the room is clean and a good size. the only complaint I have is the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet made a very loud screech a few seconds after flushing, and there was no soap (body wash or hand soap) when we got in, though they quickly brought us some bars of soap to wash hands with after we asked. Overall, very good experience considering we booked last minute to rest before a flight, and they were able to accomodate a family of 8. I think if they pay a little bit more attention to the bathrooms, I'd definitely recommend it and return here. "

"Airport shuttle is a plus. Close to the South Congress area for a good breakfast ~ 15 minutes by Uber. Clean room and helpful staffs"

"Cool property but the staff updated my room reservation with an additional guest without my authorization. Thankfully it was a friend moving from another room but imagine it wasn’t! The point is I did not authorize it and my name was on the reservation. Not a serious deal for me personally but it could be for someone else. That should be taken very seriously. "

"Room was clean. Pool was not working after confirming with phone call the day before that it supposedly was. This is the only reason for picking this hotel was that it would be fun for my 12 year old daughter to stay there. This was kind of a splurge for us to even be able to afford to stay at a motel. Ice machines were not working, exercise equipment was out of order, No coffee in the coffee carafes. Also outside security door did not even close to latch. Front desk said we should have known pool was closed if we called as staff should all know that. Clean room, but nothing more than the minimum as far as things one would expect to have. Early flight kept us from having breakfast there, but no take and go offered. Hope this helps for an honest review "

"Hardworking housekeepers were excellent, professional and friendly. Every one of them. At desk Tommie was fabulous. So informative and energetic, and he put us all at ease. Very special person who solved several minor problems for us with aplomb. We’re very appreciative. The only problem is that the pool was not available and it didn’t seem to be high on the priority list. "
