"The free shuttle bus from from the airport to the hotel was a bit confusing. The drivers, which tried their best, were overwhelmed with people and many people were cutting in line and jockeying to get onto the bus which left many other guests anxious. The staff were very pleasant at the hotel. The check-in process was chaotic. The lobby was very small, and we had to wait in a que outside the hotel in the evening of which bugs would fly all over you and into your hair. Unfortunately, we were facing the outer part of the hotel room 385 and listened to every single plane that took off throughout the night. No sleep and that was with ear plugs. The transport from the hotel to the cruise port terminal was a joke. We waited outside in lines with maybe sixty other people. The wait area was uncovered and of course it began to rain. Most travelers were soaking wet by the time they were assigned to a bus. Myself and my wife also were soaking wet despite our best efforts to stay dry. She unfortunately caught a cold and spent half of our vacation with a cough and congestion. "
