「Location is great and only a few blocks from Forsyth Park and plenty of restaurants. Parking was no issue with plenty of spots directly outside the unit. It steps are an issue, make sure you read the description of the unit. No issue or surprise to us but worth noting if an issue. Well kept place with plenty of room and no issues at all」

「I should’ve researched this end of neighborhood. Was quite sketchy and ran down. Police sirens often until 2-4am. Parking was a bit tight with a full size vehicle, and another tenant took up 2 spots, however the property manager was Very easy to get ahold of and assisted with getting ahold of them to move one as each apartment gets 1 spot. The apartment was very cute, very clean, everything we needed was there. Would give it 5 stars if it was in a different area. I’ve been to Savannah 3 times...
