“Was remodeling during our stay so the lobby was particularly in a mess going in and out and one of my party walks with a cane so we had to be extra careful. Also $200 was extremely high for a one night stay”

“I really liked the hotel and its staff. The problem with this hotel is that there are train tracks behind it and the trains go by every night starting around 10 or so. They are extremely loud and then they blow the whistles and create a lot of noise keeping me awake. I was in room 203 and the trains were right outside my window…I watched them go by! I know the hotel can’t help it but I was woken up every night of my stay sometimes more than once.”

“We ended up staying elsewhere. After the first room had a large stain on one of the beds, we were moved to a second room and the bed had hair in it. The front desk staff was understanding and tried to accommodate but the housekeeping staff had left for the day. We went to the holiday in express down the street and were able to get a clean room last minute. Not sure if it was just bad luck or if there is an ongoing issue with this Hampton property. Normally Hampton properties are great.”

“Staff was very nice. Rooms were fine, carpets need clean. Reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds, but didn’t get the rooms I reserved.”
