“The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night.
I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this……

“Great 5-star hotel. Only there is no USB outlet for charging my mobile in the room. Very surprised as it is a MUST nowadays! Also, it would be nice if there is salad at the breakfast buffet. All others are very good. ”
