“The views were beautiful, if a little loud! I stayed in a 22nd floor suite with a river view and while I loved the sights, there wasn’t a moment where the highways noise wasn’t the primary sound in the room. The staff were all wonderful & the buildings are stunning! The cleanliness & accessibility options were excellent. ”

“This is my third stay here. Everything was good. But I had a room on 4th street. And you couldn't sleep there because there was some drum machine bang all night long. Luckily the next night, I could move to a quiet room. Staff was very good. I'll probably be back but ask to be away from 4th street. ”

“Very nice accommodations and pleasant staff. The only thing that we had a problem with was that the room that we stayed in (the Tulip room) the door would not lock. We felt safe enough, and we didn't have any valuables so it was fine for our situation, but for others, I'm sure having a door that locked would make them feel more safe and secure. ”

“We were on our honeymoon. Loved the hotel all together. Set up was very nice. We stayed for the weekend yet had no housekeeping or even a phone call, right out of towels and coffee. Dead flies everywhere . We could tell nobody had stayed in the room for a while. Bathroom was amazing the bed was super comfortable”

“1st room assigned had no air conditioning. 2nd room had no dishes, dishwasher was filthy inside, carpet was disgusting (ruined my slippers). Laundry room was filthy, some machines did not work. Stairway carpets were filthy. Some exit doors were being propped open because our key cards didn't work to open them.”
