「The only complaint I have would be the pool area, wish it was bigger and taken better care of. Other than that would definitely come back」

「Our room TV wasn't working. Management came quickly after trying to fix moved us to a new room. This is my 2nd time staying here. Basic rooms with lots of problems but very clean. If you don't mind basic then I would stay here.」

「The front staff were amazing. They answered all my questions and fulfilled my hotel needs/request. The rooms are updated and well kept. Will definitely stay again when in Independence, KS.」

「The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, nice size and had good lighting. The towel were soft and absorbent and pillows were big and fluffy. Would stay there again. 」

「Was decent for a stay with dogs. The room was clean & smelled great. Bed was comfy. Coffee pot in the room would not work. There was a lot of trash in the grass & it needing a good mowing but I would still stay there again. 」

「This was your basic budget motel. The room was clean ish, most of the amenities of the room worked and there was parking right in front of the door. On the down side there was a door still as is but painted closed to what was once adjoining rooms and we could hear everything in the room next to us from clear conversations to the tv and even a fart. That made it a less than comfortable or restful stay. Classic you get what you pay for with this place.」

「The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. It is an older building, so not perfect, but definitely cared for. Sufficient outlets. Good hot water for shower. Very good for passing through. Weekly rate was reasonable too. Nothing fancy, bed and bath. 」

「Even though it is an older property it was very clean and comfortable. For the price it is well worth staying here. 」

「We loved our stay at the Bourbon Co 9 house. Peaceful country setting and only a 15 minute drive to Fort Scott. This house has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen to the game room. We were in this area for a Jeep trip. Kansas Rocks OHV park is only 15 minutes away and we had a blast. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back.」

「We love the charm of the little farmhouse. Loved the screened in porch and the deck. It had all the amenities we needed. If we had the time we would have stayed for much longer. Will definitely come back sometime.」
