"Rooms was very clean!! Staff was friendly! Great amenities…the only issue I had was with the laundry. The washer were card payment…the dryers were coin operated…dryers didn’t dry properly, had to do it a couple of times. But everything else was AMAZING!!!"

"Rooms were nice size, big pools, multiple pools, activity centers closed kind of early but there is a lot of features like shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, and putt putt to do on site. We heard the restaurants weren't the greatest so we didn't eat there, but that may just be a poor reference. The room had some random weird stains (pet? But there were no pets allowed) but for the most part was a pleasant place to stay. Bathrooms were nice. Even pool bathrooms were nice. Plan to stay again when we travel to Orlando."

"Room and pool /lazy river were great . I wasn’t a fan of the hallways painted dark brown. Breakfast was decent but wasn’t refilled often "

"The worst stay I’ve ever had in a supposed 5 star hotel, to mention some issues in a 3 day stay: - 2 of 4 elevators in the suites tower were not working, lines to go up and down were up to 40 minutes, JUST TO GO TO THE LOBBY or to your room from the lobby. We ended up going down by the stairs with kids 23 floors - We went to the pool 2 days and both days they ran out of towels!!!! A 5 star hotel with NO TOWELS, and we rented a cabana, I can’t imagine if you don’t do that what will be the experience - The hotel has now 4 towers and only ONE restaurant for breakfast, the wait is 45 minutes to get a table (At least) - They never arrived the first night to make the sofa bed (an adult slept in the sofa, no bed) If you want a guide on HOW to destroy a legacy brand as Fontainebleau go to the Miami Beach property. For a $1,200 usd a night hotel I can assure you this is one of the worst experiences in the world you can have. "

"I love the stay but the parking wasn't too good. Didn't have spaces to park at night time and the was a charge of $15 per day. I payed for a week but didn't have an space after dinner to park."
