“Atmosfera familiare per chi tende a soffrire di nostalgia ma vuole comunque comfort e pulizia. 10 stelle ❤️ la nostra stanza non era enorme ma recentemente rinnovata; in più c’è da dire che l’ho prenotata un mese fa (maggio per giugno) e ho speso pochissimo, badando proprio a risparmiare. Ciononostante, al mio arrivo mi han fatto un upgrade gratis alla camera con vista mare (stupenda, con balcone). Inoltre, comunque la camera aveva tutti i servizi perfettamente funzionanti, aria condizionata,……

“Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good. I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad. Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here.”

“The welcome from Albi/Alby was appreciated and very friendly. We arrived late and tired after a long journey and he was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was fairly basic but very clean, had an excellent view and was cleaned every day. We had no iron or ironing board and very few clothes hangers but these were provided on request, no problem at all. The pool area was very peaceful and sun loungers were very comfortable, so we spent some time there and found it very relaxing. The……

“Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!”

“Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic.……

“Un lugar mágico. El servicio excelente. El personal es muy alábale y disponible. Es quizás el mejor hotel que reservé en toda mi vida. No por el lujo, que tampoco me falta nada (piscina, spa, etc) sino por el ambiente. Esta en un parque nacional. Hay una sensación de desconexión con el resto de mundo impresionante. Es ideal para un viaje entre amigos, como en familia. Los niños están en las nubes con los venados, los adultos también. Altamente recomendado. ”
