“We arrived late in the evening and the property was occupied by railroad employees there for the week - most were in the parking lot visiting, a little noisy. Manager was efficient and our room was clean.”
“A horrible experience. The room and bathroom were very dirty. There were spiders and small cockroaches, and the room smelled strongly of dampness and stale cigarette smoke. The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The only positive thing about my stay was the receptionist, who was friendly and welcoming when I arrived.”
“Outside and inside did not look like pictures. Outside was well weathered and dirty. Several people living there. Barbecue pits out the front door. Children obviously lived in this situation. We did not feel safe and were concerned about our car. We should have left.
Inside was poor and semiclean. Coffee maker was not present as in the description.”
“We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful. The cleaning was immaculate and everything was easy to figure out in the check-in process. The view in the morning over the lake was outstanding. And we loved the privacy and independence it gave having little kids able to have somewhere to play and run around in the living room vs. having a hotel room. We will definitely be booking here in the future when the time comes.”
