「The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but...

「I loved this cute little hotel, very conveniently located walking distance to Petco park in Gaslamp area. It’s a great vibe, playful themed with games, I love how we check in at the bar and get a complimentary drink. The room was clean, very modern and the deposit for incidentals was $20 per night, wow! The valet service was a bit slow, but the attendant was so nice and apologetic. I loved my stay at the Moxy, I’ll definitely be back. I’ll also recommend it to family & friends. 」
