"Hotel overall is great. The staff is incredibly helpful and I even left an item in the Hotel and was able to retrieve it from Lost and Found 10 hours after checking out. The rooms not having microwaves would be my only beef. "

"The walls are paper thin. Plus the door holds back no noise. The girt at reception tried to give us a room with only one bed. Meaning we would have to share a bed with our teenage daughter. The location is good and the parking is easy . Would not stay there again "

"Loved having a kitchen separate from the room that included a dining table for 4. Although we didnt use the stove top, I did notice some of the burners were a bit warped which could make it difficult to cook for others. I do wish they would offer more than trash and towels for housekeeping during our stay, as we did have some small spills on our sheets that I had to clean up. Overall though it's great as a place to just sleep and recharge for another day at Disney. We stayed on the 1st floor which did lead to a lot of traffic right outside our door that we could clearly hear, but I understand it comes with the layout of the hotel. Still, I would stay here again, it was family friendly and so close to the park entrance. Also, they need more parking somehow, like the valet guy said, there's more rooms here than spaces to park, so even though I paid for self parking, we ended up having to valet our van due to no more self parking. "

"Overall okay stay - close to Disney was really the only perk. The building is dated, breakfast was mediocre at best. Parking is extremely limited and not secure at all. Two elevators that run slow and the luggage carriers have seen better days. They allow pets which can be noisy at times. 1st and last time staying here. "

"Vikki was welcoming and made check in/out easy. Although the bed was too high, almost at my waist making it a struggle to get in/out of bed, the bed itself was very, very comfortable. There was some hair in the tub, blue stuff on the shower walls (toothpaste maybe?) and the towels were stained so cleanliness was a middle mark however the housekeeper was very gracious when I requested some extra cups and an extra towel. Overall the room was arranged very well with a nice setup for a work area, microwave and mini fridge. "
