「The customer service of this place is next to none. They provided a code that doesn’t work for one of the doors we had to go through and no one cared to fix it. We were lucky that someone else with a valid code opened the door for us. I reported the problem right away and no one came to fix the issue at all. The contact property messages were a joke since it solved nothing. We were forced to stay in the room the whole time of our stay fearing we won’t be lucky enough the second time we got stuck...

「附近有燈塔作景點！雖然有街燈/燈塔的光害，勉強還可以拍到北極光！房間/浴室寬躺、乾淨！我們所住那邊房間，窗口望見燈塔景！ 早餐的homemade 麵包,外脆內軟，非常美味！近機場，但是寧靜！」

「三人房的房間較小，放3個行李困難。設有餐廳提供晚餐。飯店後有冰山，步行約15分鐘可以走到及看到冰川，強烈建議去走走。」

「Great airport rest hotel . We used it as a transfer station for our family to stay after getting off of long flights and then transferring them to Reykjavík as their hotels downtown check-in was available. Will use again.」
