"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"Our stay was great. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The AC in our room was not working and they quickly moved us to another room. The breakfast was amazing, many options and the breakfast staff were so friendly and on top of everything. Pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it."

"The hallways were full of trash, old furniture and rotting food. The rear entrance did not lock and was open all the time. The room reeked of Marijuana. The breakfast was disgusting and not edible. Sour milk and nasty food. We had blood stains on our wall and the tv stand was two dressers placed together. I would avoid this place at all cost. "
