「The 1st floor was being renovated, & we didn't know it. We had asked for a room on the 1st floor, so the attendant apologized & said we would have to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We are both in our 70's & were able to traverse the stairs, both up & down, but with luggage it was more difficult. We were only provided with 1 small bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, & no tissues. After requesting more, they were given to us. 「The Clarion is always very nice and quiet. The towels had hair in it and the white bed cover had long hair on top of it. Over all I still enjoyed it and will stay again. 」
