“We love the staff (reception ladies especially)!! Only downside is the indoor pool is “under maintenance” and they don’t know when it will be opened again. Still a great stay though!”

“Very clean hotel room. Customer service was excellent. During their breakfast and 5:30 dinner, food was great but there was no one cleaning tables as people got up and left. We stayed for two nights and I am pretty sure the hallways were never vacuumed! ”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and large. The breakfast buffet has lots of options with one or two staff members constantly replenishing the containers and responding to your requests. One morning while we were there they even made individual smoothies to order. It's a block from Five Points so there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you're in town to see the Civil Rights era museums -- all are about a mile or two away……

“We were in town for a wedding. We needed to change for the wedding after driving to town and arrived well before the normal check in time. The staff helped get us in our rooms in time for us to dress for the event. I really appreciate the extra effort they put forth in helping us with this situation. We had an additional hour drive to the wedding from the hotel. My wife and I were traveling with her 85 year old parents and they were very concerned about the time issue. The staff here were all……
