“Very clean!! Can walk to the slopes. It was summer and walked to the lift for the scenic ride. Mexican restaurant easy walking distance. Great view. Can see mountains and watch cars go by. Large TV in living room and bedroom!!”

“Keri was amazing as the property owner who helped us every step of the way. Great communication. The views from the property were stunning. Keri neglected to mention that we were right across the street from the Smith Mansion, which has a very interesting story. The property is stocked with more extras in the kitchen and bathroom than you can imagine. Tons of fun surprises. Thanks, Keri and Dave”

“Lovely location, very comfortable home. Only suggestion would be to provide a frying pan! Thank you.”

“Wonderful property and great location. Really well done and probably the most well-stocked house I’ve ever used. Virtually everything needed was there. Loved the deck, hot tub, location and the bidets were a nice unexpected bonus.”

“The host was rude and is trying to charge me for a couch she says is "destroyed" after I informed her the futon was damaged when I arrived”

“We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor. The temps are easy to manage with the cool of the morning, and the A-frame was precisely……

“Perfectly described. Peaceful tranquility. Gorgeous views”

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like Smokey, but things are falling apart a bit. Windows not working, shower upstairs dribbles (and nothing else), kitchen cabinets don't stay closed, etc. Railing going into the front door is loose. Trees hit us in the……

“Everything was clean and nice. We expected two bedrooms and it was only one bedroom with a Murphy bed. That”

“Lovely ambiance and comfortable accommodations. 20 minute scenic drive to historic Idaho Springs area with restaurants & shopping. Would stay again!”

“Great”

“Great place to stay! We went the third week of September and got to witness the Aspens already changing colors! The creeks by the house were so soothing!!”

“The property was beautiful!! It was extremely clean. The owner provided their personal cell number and responded immediately with any questions or concerns we had. We would love to stay here again in the future. The property was so relaxing and comfortable. It has so many amenities. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!”

“Wonderful views and location for our interests! We could not have asked for a more comfortable setting for our family!”

“This property was amazing! Super spacious, 4 bed 3 bath, dog friendly, family friendly, and super close to the marina and town. The host replied quickly and accommodated an early check in. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely would rebook. Garage has been converted to a yoga studio, sauna, lifting area and that was super nice to have as well.”

“Everything is perfect and we love it. The spa is very nice and cleaned. Thank you!”
