"A great hotel for a ski vacation or a summer hiking vacation. Biggest complain is that parking is very linited during the peak seasons and hotel parking is $50.00 a day. Other than that, a great hotel in a prime location. Will definitely come back!"

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed skiing at Vail, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The drivers were always friendly and attentive, and bartender A C provided superb service. The bar offered a great selection. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience."

"Room was spotless, staff on my floor was excellent.Weda nickname and her staff I was in room 2012 for 4 stays went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Also the staff at lobby desk went over and above to make sure I could keep same room all 4 nights. Paid for 2 nights, because of flooding in california my guests could not fly into denver because of delays and cancellations. I added 2 more nights hoping they could arrive, no luck.So my xmas family for 4 days was ameristar staff of weda and her team, firestone grill team, I ate there all 4 days no where else,food was excellent , lobby overnight crew, day crew also, the pool and outside whirlpool was clean, water temperatures perfect. I stay in alot of hotels has a high school, and offseason college 🏀, and girls flag football 🏈 official all year round.5 star expereince. Sincerely Gino Mares "

They both were so friendly and outgoing this whole 6 days that it made our first time experience so much more pleasurable. With their friendliness and professionalism we will definitely be back! "
