「Our stay was excellent! The location of the Sea Breezes house is great if you want to be in the Northern OBX. You are between Kitty Hawk and Duck so close to many stores and restaurants. You are close to Hwy. 12/Duck Road too, but you are so close to the beach the ocean is the only thing you hear. Being 100ft. from the beach access path is wonderful.Checkin is very easy. There is a very handy booklet explaining everything with the house including use of the TV.What we were unaware of but found...

「This place was very clean and well mantained. It was a very nice location for us. We especially enjoyed the choice of coffee and snacks left for us. We enjoyed the view from the deck but maybe the steps shoud be mentioned. 」

「My family had a great time here. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Location was good. Host left us a welcome bag and that was really appreciated! House was clean, but my only drawback was that there were sand burrs stuck in the carpets that some of us stepped on. We tried vacuuming them up, but the little thorns were tangled in the carpets. Other than that, we had a really nice stay. And would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!」

「this is a great house. Beach is close enough to enjoy the walk. Could walk to the Run Down Cafe in the a.m. for bloody marys. Cross the street to Steamers, and Walgreens. Pool just great. Only drawback is the traffic noise. If you can get past that, you will do well. As my nephew said "quit your whining". Property management were a joy. 」
