“The place was very plain. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that the front smell like wet dog. I didn’t realize when I booked here that they allow pets.”

“Great experience!”

“There was nothing unique about this property the walls are paper thin couldn’t get any sleep it’s like the person is in the room with you furthermore there was black mold on the walls and the please has a real bad smell would not recommend anyone to stay there I was just there 10/24/2026 I wish I could upload the pictures”

“I saw a bug in my room. But for the overall, it is fine..”

“The staff charged the sheets that had blood on them when we arrived”

“Spacious room, very clean and comfortable!”

“It's a little noisy next door.but it’s good value.”

“Was in Danville for a concert and didn’t want to drive afterwards. The room was nicely decorated and the king bed was comfortable. The hot tub is only seasonal like the pool. It would be nice to have a hot tub open. “the property was very good. the only problem i had was everything was to high tech for a person that is not used to all the new technology. I would stay there again walking distance to the casino.”

“Everything wartime, except they ran out of breakfast food.”

“I have stayed at the Berry Hill Mansion and eaten at Darby's tavern before. When I went to check in, the gentleman was in a black hoodie and t shirt. Not the professional attire that you would expect for the vibe the resort should be giving. Maybe polos with embroidered logo for summer and long sleeve button up shirts with embroidered logo . The room was well appointed. The bed squeaked every time you move and the pillows were hard and lumpy. The vent in the bathroom was covered in fuzz and……

“The room is clean and also bigger comparing to other hotel”

“Clean and comfortable”

“Ok”

“If you don’t mind constant highway noise and a couple of train whistles in the middle of the night, the room was fine. Shower could have been cleaned better- hair and soap residue. Shower door would not stay closed. But bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. I tried to request a room not facing the highway but…didn’t work out.”
