THE OCEANFRONT HOUSE: The dining room is situated in a corner with three walls of windows overlooking the ocean, your dock, and a couple islands. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee and lingering over an evening meal. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the open deck overlooking the ocean. The social areas of the house are open and inviting, with large windows and sliding doors which let in lots of natural light. The working, wood burning fieldstone fireplace adds to the ambiance of this Maine cottage by the sea.

Main Floor: Includes the kitchen, dining room, family room, and living room. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. WiFi is available throughout the house. There is a queen bedroom on this floor along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Second Floor: Features the master bedroom with king bed and panoramic views of the ocean. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo, double sinks, AND washer/dryer.

From the house and the dock you can watch all boats of all different types and sizes from yachts to lobster boats, sailboats to dinghies; you will see it all. Porpoise, the occasional whale, and migratory shorebirds are all part of the sights and sounds you'll experience during your stay. Burnt Island and Squirrel Island, as well as the entrance to Boothbay Harbor can be seen from the cottage. Like lobster? Connect with local lobstermen for dockside service right on your private dock.

The layout of the cottage lends itself well to two couples or small families; with a bedroom and full bathroom on each floor. Need more room? The cottage next door, Piffi Biff, can be rented in conjunction with Pine Cliff Dweller for a mini-reunion, girls get-a-way or multi-family vacation.
