“The views were extraordinary and the location, peaceful. The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. My mom and I slept well every night of our 6-night stay. This location is ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and still be relatively close to basic shopping. “Cute little place perfect for 2. Gated and very safe. Location was ideal bc you can walk to everything even in the pouring rain but so quiet- no street noise or bar noise. You can hear if people are parking but that’s it. Just bc your window is right there but not a big deal. Plenty of parking. Check in./check out was a breeze. Air conditioning, hot water, internet and tv (it poured so we did use tv) all great. Bed was very comfy but does dip in the middle. Pillow were good- not the stupid……

“The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at……
