“The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. “Host was responsive while being pretty matter of fact, wouldn’t say I was bowled over with the warmth of his welcome. It’s pretty obvious this place is for those on a budget and the experience and amenities represented that. I only stayed for one night due to what I considered to be unworkable conditions and host was agreeable to refund for the additional nights which is why I’m giving him three stars but ultimately I was out several hundred dollars as the platform fees, etc., were not……
